Parent Call-In to Dr. Bill Lutz PARENT CALL-IN is a free community service of the Montclair Counseling Center to provide support and information to parents. PARENT CALL-IN is to help parents with every day concerns and questions such as: Separation anxiety Sleep problems Toilet training Power struggles Discipline Homework Curfews and ground rules Friends and social life and more PARENT CALL-IN will help parents understand what is normal and age appropriate, what a child's behavior means and how to respond. PARENT CALL-IN is for parents of young children and adolescents. PARENT CALL-IN times are from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M., Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Lutz, Director of the Montclair Counseling Center. Dr. Lutz' training and experience include: Three year full time Clinical Residency in Psychotherapy, Blanton Peale Graduate Institute, New York. Doctorate in Adolescent Development, Andover Newton, Newton Centre, Mass. Post Doctoral Work in Child Development, Erikson Center, Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry. Graduate work with Dr. Benjamin Spock, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland. He has more than 25 years experience working with children, adolescents, and parents, serving as a consultant to nursery, private, and public schools as well as being a frequent speaker on growth and development topics. he is a licensed Marriage-Family Therapist in New Jersey. He is a father and grandfather. The Montclair Counseling Center is a private, nonprofit mental health facility chartered by the laws of the State of New Jersey in 1972. The center staff of 14 therapists provide individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, marriage counseling and parent coaching. The center's primary location is 183 Inwood Avenue, Upper Montclair, NJ 07043, and has satellite offices in Short Hills (Forest Street and Highland Avenue) and Basking Ridge (1 East Oak Street).
